Our venue opens 1.5 hours before the start of each performance. Given the potential for travel disruptions, we recommend allowing extra time for your journey. Please note that our latecomers policy will still apply, and we would hate for you to miss any part of the performance.

If you arrive early, you are very welcome to relax in our front of house spaces. These areas, along with the auditorium, are air-conditioned, and our facilities team will do their best to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit. We also encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated. Complimentary water stations are available on every level, located at the bars.

If you, or anyone in your party, begins to feel unwell or overheated, please speak to a member of staff. Our team will be happy to assist and can guide you to a quieter area to help you cool down. Staff members are available throughout the venue, both inside and outside the auditorium, and are always on hand to help.
