At the London Coliseum we are committed to making theatre available to everyone.
Our Access scheme gives audiences with access requirements the ability to buy half-price tickets to most shows (subject to availability).
For every performance we have a dedicated Access Supervisor who is on hand to provide additional assistance to customers who require it. They will be wearing a turquoise t-shirt to make them easier to spot.
If you require further access assistance, please contact our Box Office on 020 7845 9300 / [email protected].

London Coliseum Access Scheme
We have partnered with Nimbus Disability to make our ticketing and access more inclusive for customers with accessibility requirements, allowing online booking for all access seating.
To book access discounts, you will require either a free London Coliseum Digital Access Pass or a £15 Access Card.
The application process for both the pass and the card is the same, however, with the pass, you’ll only get a confirmation email with your Digital Access Pass number. They both last for three years.

For English National Opera performances, even though they sing opera in English, they use one screen above the stage to display English surtitles (not to be confused with subtitles, although they are more or less the same thing) so that your eyes can pick up what your ears might have missed. There are some seats in the London Coliseum where the view of the surtitles screen is restricted (this is marked by the ‘i’ symbol).

Parking near the London Coliseum
There are limited accessible parking spaces in Charing Cross Road. However, these do get snapped up very quickly so we don’t recommend that you rely solely on them.
You can book your central London parking in advance at the following Q-Park car parks: Burlington, Chinatown, Leicester Square, Marble Arch, Park Lane and Pimlico.
Please note, at times it may be advised to book parking in advance with Q-Park. Booking through Q-Park via our website also entitles you to a parking discount.
More information about disabled parking in the area is available on the Westminster Council website.
