At the London Coliseum we are committed to making theatre available to everyone.
For every performance we have a dedicated Access Supervisor who is on hand to provide additional assistance to customers with access needs.
Our access scheme gives audiences with access needs the ability to buy half-price tickets to most shows (subject to availability).

Parking near the London Coliseum
There are limited accessible parking spaces in Charing Cross Road. However, these do get snapped up very quickly so we don’t recommend that you rely solely on them.
You can book your central London parking in advance at the following Q-Park car parks: Burlington, Chinatown, Leicester Square, Marble Arch, Park Lane and Pimlico.
Please note, at times it may be advised to book parking in advance with Q-Park. Booking through Q-Park via our website also entitles you to a parking discount.

Nimbus Disability
We are delighted to announce we are now working with Nimbus Disability. This will make ticketing and access more inclusive for customers with accessibility requirements, especially with online booking now being available for access seating and ticketing.
This will mean that if you book a performance at the London Coliseum after 27 June 2025 all our access customers will require either an Access Card or London Coliseum Digital Access Pass Number.

Linking my Access Card or London Coliseum Digital Access Pass
Once you have a London Coliseum Digital Access Pass number or, using your current Access Card ID, you can connect your access symbols to your London Coliseum Account.
If you do not have a London Coliseum Account, one will be created for you when you do this.
Access can be gained by using your email address and clicking the ‘Forgot my Password’ link and creating a new password. You will then be able to log in and select tickets that meet your access requirements.
Remember – if you have specific access requirements, do get in touch with our Access Team and we will be more than happy to do all we can to make your visit a great experience.
If you use a wheelchair or a mobility scooter
We have the following dedicated spaces and provisions for wheelchair users:
- One wheelchair space in the stalls, two wheelchair spaces in the dress circle and four wheelchair spaces in the stalls boxes
- Transfer seats for those who are able to transfer out of their wheelchairs – four in the dress circle and six in the balcony
- Unisex accessible toilets toilets on four out of five levels of the London Coliseum: lower ground level, stalls, dress circle and balcony
- Lift – in the main foyer – which provides access to all levels of the auditorium, except the Upper Circle, and to all bars and restaurants

Guide dogs and assistance dogs
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome inside the auditorium, although we are always delighted to look after your guide or assistance dog during the show – the choice is yours.
We will provide your dog with a water bowl, and can take them for walks during the show.
Surtitles at the London Coliseum
For English National Opera performances, even though they sing opera in English, they use one screen above the stage to display English surtitles (not to be confused with subtitles, although they are more or less the same thing) so that your eyes can pick up what your ears might have missed. There are some seats in the London Coliseum where the view of the surtitles screen is restricted (this is marked by the ‘i’ symbol).
The screens used at the London Coliseum are black with yellow writing.
