How to Book

London Coliseum is following the Society of London Theatre Ticketing Principles through flexible and safe operational measures that combine the passion and desire for live experiences with the best possible customer experience.

Book with confidence. Exchange with ease.

Buying Tickets

Following the government guidance released on 28 November 2021, the London Coliseum have made the decision to mandate the use of face coverings at all times in our theatre, including in the auditorium. This continues our commitment to prioritising the health and safety of our staff, performers and audiences above all else.

The only exceptions to this rule are those who are exempt, those who are eating and drinking and those aged under the age of eleven. If you arrive at the theatre and do not have a mask with you, our Front of House teams will be happy to provide you with one.

The London Coliseum will refund anyone who wishes not to attend following mask wearing being mandated.

Please note that cancelling or exchanging your ticket may incur a fee (usually either £3 per ticket or 10% of ticket value). (usually £3 per ticket).

You can purchase tickets online and you will need an email address to receive your e-tickets.

Seating within the auditorium

There are four seating levels to choose from at the London Coliseum. Starting at ground level they are Stalls, Dress Circle, Upper Circle and Balcony.

Please note there is limited lift access to the Balcony and the staircase has 86 steps.

Boxes are available in the Stalls, Dress Circle and Upper Circle levels. If you wish to book a box, please note that you will need to purchase all of the seats in that box, regardless of the number in your party. For example, if two of you wish to sit in Box 12 in the Dress Circle, you must purchase all four seats.

How do I get my ticket(s)

Every ticket will be provided as an e-ticket that can be held on your phone or added to your wallet / passbook app. You can also print your ticket at home and bring that with you if you prefer. This is so our Front of House staff can scan your tickets on the way into the auditorium.

What happens if I feel ill and can’t use my ticket?

We will be ensuring that you have maximum flexibility by allowing tickets to be exchanged for another performance (if available) and we can exchange tickets up to 24 hours prior to the performance – so if someone in your party feels ill, there’s no need to worry.

If you have COVID symptoms you must not attend the venue, this includes if you :

  • have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days
  • believe you may be infected with COVID-19, whether you have symptoms or not
  • have experienced symptoms in the last 10 days
  • have been in close contact with anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 10 days
  • have arrived in England in the last 10 days from a country where UK quarantine restrictions apply
  • have been instructed to self-isolate by test and trace

Can I get a refund if I don’t want to come?

Refunds are not available, unless a performance is cancelled, but if you are unable to attend due to illness or self-isolation we can offer you an exchange if performances are available.
