What happens if I feel ill and can’t use my ticket?
We will be ensuring that you have maximum flexibility by allowing tickets to be exchanged for another performance of the show you have booked (if available) and we can exchange tickets up to 24 hours prior to the performance – so if someone in your party feels ill, there’s no need to worry.
If you have booked for an ENO opera, your tickets can be exchanged for another ENO performance.
If you have COVID symptoms you must not attend the venue.
Can I get a refund if I don’t want to come?
Refunds are not available, unless a performance is cancelled, but if you are unable to attend due to illness or self-isolation we can offer you an exchange if performances are available.
At the London Coliseum you will not be checked for any COVID certification, however we recommend that you take a Lateral Flow Device test 24hrs before your arrival to the venue.
Please arrive as early as possible and no later than 15 minutes before the performance starts. Main doors and all bars will open 90 minutes before the performance. Auditorium doors open 60 minutes before.
To avoid delays, please have your tickets ready on arrival.
If you are able, we continue to advise you to wear face-coverings during your visit however this is a personal choice.
We encourage all customers to be mindful and respectful of others and their decision about wearing a face covering.
