Your COVID-safe visit

What measures are in place to keep the theatre and my visit COVID-secure?

To keep you safe, we will be cleaning the London Coliseum before every performance and regularly disinfecting. Our COVID-safe cleaning starts the night before with the auditorium and front of house areas being ‘fogged’ which protects surfaces and materials for 72 hours.

Our filtration system has been equipped with hospital-grade HEPA filters to provide additional protection. Our front of house areas are cleaned before we open the doors to you and then during the performance.

We have introduced a one-way entrance system designed to minimise your contact with others, so please follow directions given to you prior to your attendance as well as follow guidance from our helpful staff at the theatre.

Please use our hand sanitiser stations where directed.

Our staff will be wearing appropriate face coverings and ensuring safe social distancing.

Are there toilets on every level?

Yes, there are toilets on every level which will be open before the show and during any interval. We will be managing the number of people allowed to enter at any one time and if you are familiar with the theatre there are a number of toilets that have been reassigned to either gents or ladies. This is so we can safely manage any queues and keep to the secure one-way system.

What disabled access facilities are there in the building?
Please check out our section dedicated to our customers who may need a little more time or additional facilities.
