Getting to the London Coliseum via public transport:
London Coliseum visitors receive a 50% discount (after 12pm and for up to 4 hours) at the following Q-Park car parks: Chinatown; Pimlico; Soho; Park Lane/Marble Arch; Trafalgar; Oxford Street; Burlington; Leicester Square. To qualify, please ask the foyer desk at the London Coliseum to validate your car parking ticket.
What time should I arrive?
We will send you an email to the email address you used when booking your tickets letting you know your assigned arrival slot. We are assigning arrival times in order to ensure minimal queueing.

What can I bring to the theatre?
We’d like you to bring as little as possible with you, so handbag, coat and umbrella, but no large bags, rucksacks or steamer trunks as we won’t have our cloakrooms open for you to store them anywhere. Any handbags or smaller bags will be checked on your way into the theatre.

What happens when I arrive at the London Coliseum?
Each level of the theatre has its own separate entrance and on arrival you will be asked to
- Have a bag check
- Have a temperature check via a digital safe distance thermometer*
- Have your tickets scanned
- Have everyone in your party check into the venue using the NHS Test & Trace App which can be downloaded on the Apple and Google Play app stores.
*If your temperature is 37.8C or higher, you and those who were to be part of your fixed group of tickets will not be allowed to enter the venue and the face value of your tickets will be exchanged or a credit voucher issued for future performances.

Please do not attend a performance at the London Coliseum should you have any symptoms of COVID-19:
- Continuous cough
- Elevated temperature
- Loss or change of taste and smell
Please do not attend a performance at the London Coliseum if you have been instructed to self-isolate, either by NHS Track and Trace service or other healthcare professionals.

What measures are in place to keep the theatre and my visit COVID-secure?
To keep you safe, we will be cleaning the London Coliseum before every performance and regularly disinfecting. Our one-way entrance system is designed to minimise your contact with others, so please follow directions given to you prior to your attendance as well as follow guidance from our helpful staff at the theatre.
Please use our hand sanitiser stations where directed.
Our staff will be wearing appropriate face coverings and ensuring safe social distancing.

Will I need a face covering?
We will be ensuring that face coverings are worn in line with current guidelines. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, we would please ask that you wear an exemption lanyard / or carry and exemption card which can be downloaded here.

What are the social distancing rules?
At the moment, we will be asking you to maintain a safe social distance where possible when queuing to take your seats. Whilst the capacity in the auditorium has been greatly reduced, you may need to pass someone to take your seat. Please mitigate any risk by acting responsibly, keeping your mask on and turning away as you pass.
